Graduated in law from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan, registered with the Milan Bar Association (established lawyer).
Professional with over ten years of experience in eIDAS, crypto-assets, data (personal and non-personal), AI, cloud, digital services, and digital market regulation. He has gained his expertise in leading national and international firms, working closely with technical-informatics teams on projects related to digital identity, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.

Since September 2023, he has been enrolled in the computer engineering degree program at the Polytechnic University of Milan to complete his knowledge of technological aspects.
He serves in roles as a member of the corporate governance bodies for several companies.
In September 2024, he joined Atrigna Law Firm as Of Counsel and Head of the Tech Law Department.
