Graduated in law from the State University of Milan with honors. Enrolled in the Milan Bar Association and in the Special Cassation Register. Founding partner of the law firm.

After a total period of 4 years spent in the legal offices of the leading Italian industrial and banking groups, he gained particular experience in the field of commercial law and financial markets, collaborating in particular in carrying out transactions on the primary market and on derivative instruments (prospectuses, ISDA contracts, bond issues).

In 2004, he began his professional career at leading law firms in Milan, focusing on consultancy on financial market law, banking, insurance and corporate law.

He is member of the board of directors of BG Saxo SIM SpA and independent director of Sagitta Sgr SpA. Speaker at conferences pertaining to his specialization.
